MAMA PRODUCTS S.A. is one of the leading consumer goods distribution companies in Greece, headquartered in Thessaloniki with its main operational hub located in Nea Raidestos. Our story begins in the early 1950s, when the company was founded as a small tobacco store in the historic Depot district of Eastern Thessaloniki. Since then, MAMA PRODUCTS S.A. has evolved into a robust distribution network serving small retail businesses with a wide range of consumer products.
In the late 1990s, the company invested in the construction of modern warehouse facilities, enabling us to expand our partnerships with major food and beverage brands. A significant milestone in our development was reached in 2013, when we were entrusted with the exclusive distribution of PAPASTRATOS – PHILIP MORRIS INTERNATIONAL products, establishing MAMA PRODUCTS as one of the largest distributors of their brands in Greece.
IQOS EXPERIENCE BOUTIQUE STORES
The Thessaloniki Operational Center includes 2,800 sq.m. of administration offices, customer service areas, storage facilities, and order-processing zones, as well as a refrigerated chamber and a handmade-cigar humidification room. It operates with a WMS system (ABERON pick-by-light) and a track & trace system for tobacco products.
It has the capacity to process and dispatch 550 orders of tobacco and nicotine products and 300 orders of food and beverages per day within the Thessaloniki metropolitan area. The daily transport load is estimated at 32 tons. In the Northeastern Aegean, 300 deliveries are carried out per day.
It has been certified with ISO 22000:2018 (2025).
The registered points of sale for tobacco and nicotine products served by the network in Thessaloniki, Lesvos, Chios, and Samos amount to 1,580.
